Pretoria has a unique energy, and student life in the capital city moves at its own pace. For the management team at ADOWA Living Frederick Street, handling the intake of new students is a massive logistical task. They needed a way to communicate essential residence rules and operational details without turning the excitement of moving day into a boring lecture.

We stepped in to handle the full production process, from the initial script to the final edit. Just as we have done with other ADOWA properties, we felt it was vital to keep things real. We worked with actual students living at Frederick Street rather than hiring actors. This approach allowed us to capture the genuine atmosphere of the residence and the specific vibe of the Pretoria student community. It was not about creating a glossy commercial; it was about showing new residents exactly what their life would look like in an honest, relatable way.

The video now serves as the first point of contact for new arrivals.
