At ThinkStory, we believe that great stories do not always require massive production crews or big budgets. For Ajuda, we took a practical, narrative-driven approach to video production. We produced a series of approximately 20 standalone brand videos designed to complement their wider social media strategy. The goal was simple: to capture the honest voice of the founders and the team, helping them build real connections with both investors and future customers.

The Challenge:

Ajuda had a powerful mission and vision, but they needed a way to communicate it that felt genuine rather than manufactured. Traditional corporate video can sometimes feel distant or overly polished, which was not the right fit for a brand built on trust and accessibility.

They also faced a common dilemma: how to produce a high volume of content without spending their entire marketing budget on production costs. They needed content that had a longer shelf life than a fleeting social media post but still felt fresh and immediate.

The Solution:

We decided to strip back the heavy production gear and film using mobile devices. This was a strategic choice to create a "real" and honest feeling. By removing the barrier of intimidating camera crews, we helped the founders and team relax and speak openly about their product and values.

Our approach focused on:

Honest Interviews: We captured the team speaking from the heart about the company's mission and vision, avoiding scripted or robotic responses.

Strategic Volume: We produced around 20 videos in total, creating a substantial library of assets that provided tremendous value relative to the spend.

Cost-Effective Production: By using mobile technology, we saved significantly on production costs while maintaining high visual standards.

Results and Impact

The result was a comprehensive library of video assets that served multiple business purposes. These videos became tools for business growth. The mobile-first aesthetic resonated with viewers because it felt authentic, helping to humanise the brand in a way that highly produced commercials often miss.
