Our philosophy.

We believe good business is done with honesty and integrity. We listen before we recommend, we're upfront about costs, and we'll tell you when you don't need something, even if it means less work for us.

We take a strategic approach to web design, video production, brand messaging, and digital marketing, ensuring every piece of work serves a clear business purpose.

A letter from our Director

For about 15 years now, I've worked with business owners and marketing teams and I've listened to the same story told a hundred different ways.

An agency that overpromised and quietly underdelivered. Invoices that grew month on month with no clear reason. Work that looked impressive in the pitch and did nothing once it was live. A partner who became hard to reach the moment the contract was signed.

I heard it so often that it stopped feeling like bad luck and started feeling like the norm. Somewhere in all those conversations, the idea for ThinkStory took shape. I didn't want to build another agency that people would one day complain about. I wanted to build the opposite of everything I'd been hearing.

So that's what we set out to do here.

From the start, the goal was to build something people could actually trust. Be honest, be open, and give more than anyone expects us to. If a smaller solution serves you better than a bigger one, we'll say so, even when the bigger one would earn us more. If something isn't going to work for your budget or your timeline, you'll hear it from us early, while there's still time to find a better route. I would rather have an awkward conversation up front than an unhappy client later.

I'm also slightly obsessed with process. I care about how work moves, how quickly we respond, whether the small details are handled, and whether things are genuinely progressing or just appearing busy. That matters for you, and it matters for us too. Good process is what lets us do creative work that actually lands, on time, without the chaos that so many people have come to expect from this industry.

What I really wanted was for us to feel less like a supplier and more like part of your team. Not an agency you brief and then chase, but the people who understand your business well enough to think alongside you. When we get that right, the line between your team and ours starts to blur, and that is usually when the best work happens.

We're not here to sell you things. We're not trying to push another product, another package, or another line item onto your plate. We're here to help you reach your goals. That's the whole job. When we keep our attention on your success rather than our own sales targets, everything else tends to follow.

Let's not pretend this approach is clever or complicated. It really isn't. It's just treating people the way I always wished agencies had treated the businesses I spoke to over the years. But it works. It's how we've built relationships that have lasted years, with clients who have become people we genuinely look forward to hearing from.

If that sounds like the kind of partnership you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
